Homemade Rice Milk

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of cooked Rice
  • 5 cups of Water
  • 2-3 drops of Stevia
  • 1 Tblsp Olive Oil

Directions:
Soak the rice & olive oil in blender overnight, minimum 3 hours. Add stevia & blend for 3 minutes.
Depending on how long you soak the rice, you may want to filter it through a cheese cloth to remove the grainy sediment.
You can also use uncooked rice, but it does seperate and has a bit of a chalky texture.
