Smoothie of the Day
Todays Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice milk (can be substituted with OJ, H20, etc)
- 1 cup of crushed pineapple
- 5-6 baby carrots
- 2 cups of spinach leaves
- 2 cups of mixed salad greens (substitute broccoli as desired)
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 cup of oats
- 2-3 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups of frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
Directions:
- Add items to blender
- Push button
- Don't spill
- Add more liquid to achieve desired consistency
This makes approximately 2 litres of smoothie goodness. If it's too much for you to handle, share it with Joseph.

we do this smoothie too..except almond milk for its health benefits vs rice and no strawberries! yummy!!
