What’s In Your House cookies

Here’s the recipe for the What’s In Your House cookies.

Ingredients:
  • 3 medium bananas (ripe) mashed
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds)
  • 1 cup chopped apricots
  • 1 cup raisins or dates
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1tsp sea salt
  • 2 cups old fashioned oat meal large flakes.

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spread cookie mix on greased pan. (We like to form cookies into a large rectangle, then separate into squares.)
  • Bake for 5-8 minutes/ until golden brown.
  • Enjoy eating and sharing them with friends and family!

These babies can also be made into bars if you're feeling a little bit like a hike up a mountain...
